Rendair v1

Rendair's first render model, kept for matching earlier work.

Our first render model. Rendair v2 is now the default, but v1 stays available for sketches, elevations, 3D model views and photos when a project was started on it.

  • Matches renders made with it before
  • Stays close to the input
  • Low cost per render
Contemporary two-story house photoreal render, stone lower facade and person walking.

How it works

How to use it

Rendair v1 is one choice in the model menu of every app that runs on it.

  1. 01

    Open a create app

Sketch to Render, Elevation to Render, 3D Model to Render and Image to Render all run on Rendair v1.

  2. 02

Choose Rendair v1 from the model menu

Add your image and a short description. It works best when the input already shows the design clearly.

  3. 03

    Compare with Rendair v2

Run the same input on both. Most new work looks better on v2, but v1 is there when you need to match an older series.

  • A low blue-brick gallery with large glass doorways and people walking on the lawn.

Ideas for your work

What people get out of Rendair v1, by the kind of work they do.

  • Rendair for Architects

    Keep a running project consistent

Started a competition entry on v1? Keep the remaining views on the same model so the set reads as one.

  • Rendair for Interior Designers

    Match an earlier presentation

Add new rooms to a client deck in the same look as the renders they already approved.

  • Rendair for Builders

    Cheap early checks

Run quick, low-cost renders of a layout option before spending more on the final image.

What it is good at

Rendair v1 is our first render model. Rendair v2 has replaced it as the default, but v1 stays available for projects that were started on it.

When to pick it

  • You're adding views to a set that was rendered with v1 and want them to match.
  • You want a low-cost render that stays close to the input.

What to watch for

  • For new projects, start with Rendair v2: it is faster, handles a wider range of styles and understands instructions better.
  • v1 works best from clear inputs. Busy sketches and low-contrast screenshots give weaker results.
