Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Rendair when you use the product.
Effective October 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and Rendair Corporation when you access or use the Rendair website, application, and related services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Rendair is operated by Rendair Corporation, a Delaware corporation with a registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. In these Terms, "Rendair," "we," "us," and "our" mean Rendair Corporation. The "Service" means the website at rendair.ai, the Rendair application, and the products, features, content, and support we provide through them.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, provide accurate account information, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by members of a team you administer.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@rendair.ai promptly and take steps to secure your account.
3. Plans, Credits, and Payment
Rendair offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as shown at checkout. The applicable price, credits, seats, features, and usage limits are displayed before purchase or on the pricing page for the plan selected.
Credits are used to measure certain generation and processing activities. Where applicable, the Service displays the credit cost of an action before you run it. Credits included in a subscription are generally issued at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period. Separately purchased credits remain associated with your account while it is active, subject to applicable purchase terms. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
We may change prices, plan features, credit requirements, or usage limits. Subscription price changes will apply no earlier than your next renewal period, with advance notice where required by law. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation prevents renewal and your paid subscription continues through the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored content.
Refund eligibility, mistaken purchases, credit-pack refunds, consumer withdrawal rights, and payment processing times are governed by the Payment and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Your Content and Permissions
"Customer Content" includes files, images, drawings, models, text, prompts, instructions, projects, and other material you upload, submit, store, or share through the Service, as well as resulting AI-generated content ("Outputs") where the context requires.
Your inputs. As between you and Rendair, you retain your rights in the Customer Content that you provide to the Service. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to upload, process, and share that content, including where it contains information about other people.
Your Outputs. Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and these Terms, you may use your Outputs as permitted by your plan. To the extent Rendair owns transferable intellectual property rights in an Output generated specifically for you, Rendair assigns those rights to you. AI-generated material may not qualify for intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction; similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection.
License to operate the Service. You grant Rendair a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, transmit, and display Customer Content to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service; to send relevant content to the AI providers or infrastructure providers needed to fulfill your requests; and to make content available to people you authorize. This license lasts for as long as needed for those purposes, subject to applicable retention, backup, and legal requirements.
Rendair may use content made public through a free plan or an affirmative sharing action as described below. We do not otherwise claim a general right to publish private Customer Content for marketing.
6. AI Providers and Data Handling
Rendair uses third-party AI models and infrastructure to provide certain generation, editing, and enhancement features. When you use those features, your prompts, uploads, reference files, and related data may be transmitted to the provider supporting the requested function.
Third-party providers have different data practices. Depending on the provider and applicable terms, data submitted for processing may be temporarily retained or reviewed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service improvement, or AI-model development. Rendair does not guarantee that every third-party provider prohibits use of submitted content for training or model improvement.
Rendair does not itself train its own general-purpose generative AI models on private Customer Content. For more information on our processing and third-party disclosures, see our Privacy Policy.
You should evaluate the confidentiality, legal, and contractual requirements of any sensitive or regulated materials before submitting them to AI features. Where a separate enterprise agreement or Data Processing Agreement applies, that agreement will govern the processing it expressly covers.
7. Private Content, Public Galleries, and Collaboration
Paid plans: Content on paid plans is private by default, subject to the sharing and workspace settings you select. Rendair does not publish private projects in a public gallery or use them in marketing without your permission.
Free plans: As disclosed within the product, Outputs generated using a free plan may appear in Rendair's public Explore gallery. If an Output is made public, other users may view it, and Rendair may display it in its gallery and promotional materials, potentially with your displayed username or profile name. You grant Rendair a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for those public display and promotional uses while the material is designated public.
You may change available visibility settings. When content is changed to private, Rendair will stop new public display through channels it controls within a reasonable operational period, but material already copied, downloaded, shared, or independently retained by third parties may remain outside our control.
When you share a project or board with collaborators, recipients may access, use, or copy content according to the permissions you select. You are responsible for those sharing choices.
8. Commercial Use of Outputs
Subject to Section 5 and the restrictions in these Terms, paid plans allow you to use Outputs for commercial purposes such as client presentations, marketing materials, project visualizations, listings, and print, without attribution to Rendair unless a specific feature states otherwise.
Outputs created under a free plan are licensed for personal use and evaluation only unless otherwise stated in the Service. You must not assume that an AI-generated Output is legally protected or free of third-party rights; you are responsible for reviewing it before publication, commercial use, or reliance on it.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute unlawful material; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; impersonate or mislead people in harmful ways; or create material prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, extract another user's data, bypass usage or payment controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service where prohibited by law, resell access without authorization, or send harmful or excessive automated traffic.
We may remove content, limit access, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations or threats to the Service or its users. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable and appropriate.
10. AI Outputs and Service Limitations
AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for the intended purpose. They may resemble content produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing and validating Outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Rendair is a creative design and visualization tool, not a replacement for licensed architectural, engineering, building-code, safety, or other professional review when required.
The Service evolves frequently. Features, models, performance, and integrations may change or be discontinued. We may impose reasonable technical or usage limits to protect performance, security, and other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Rendair Intellectual Property
The Service, including its underlying software, interface, trademarks, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology, is owned by Rendair or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create unauthorized derivative products from protected parts of the Service, or remove proprietary notices, except as permitted by applicable law or with our consent.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you permit us to use them without payment or obligation, provided this does not grant us ownership of your private Customer Content.
12. Third-Party Services and Community Content
Some features depend on external AI models, payment processors, integrations, or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services beyond responsibilities imposed by applicable law or our contractual commitments.
The Service may also display content from other users or a public gallery. We do not independently verify all such content. You should evaluate its suitability and report potentially unlawful or infringing material to support@rendair.ai.
13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rendair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rendair's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid Rendair during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Rendair against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from Customer Content you provide, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. We will notify you reasonably promptly of a covered claim and permit you to participate in its defense as appropriate.
14. Closing an Account and Termination
You may request account closure through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account where permitted by these Terms, including for material violations, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service, with advance notice where reasonably practicable.
Account closure may result in loss of access to content and unused credits. Personal data and Customer Content are handled after closure under the retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal obligations and exceptions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our Service, business, or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will provide appropriate advance notice by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method where required by law. Changes apply from their stated effective date. Where applicable law requires your agreement or consent, we will obtain it.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and other non-waivable rights, disputes will be brought in courts located in Delaware.
17. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Payment and Refund Policy, form the agreement governing use of the Service, except where a separate written enterprise agreement expressly provides otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. Notices sent by email or through the Service are considered written notices where permitted by law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, responsibility for Customer Content, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and accrued payment obligations, will survive as appropriate.
