All Questions- Can I buy more credits without upgrading?Yes. While your subscription is active you can buy a one-time top-up: 500 credits for $19, 2,000 for $69 or 10,000 for $299. You can also choose a custom amount from 100 to 50,000 credits. Top-ups are charged to the card saved on your account. Top-ups are not available if a payment has failed or your plan is paused or set to cancel.
- Can I get a refund if I am unhappy?Payments are generally not refunded. If you were charged by mistake, contact support within 24 hours of the charge and we will review it. Refunds are not given for unused time or for top-up packs. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Credits from a generation that failed are always returned to your balance automatically.
- Can I use my 3D model from Revit?Yes. Rendair does not need a plugin. Export a view of your Revit model as a JPG or PNG and upload it to Image to Render. If you can export your model as a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL file, you can also use 3D Model to Render. Rendair keeps the shape and camera of your view and adds materials, light and context.
- Can I use my 3D model from Rhino?Yes. Export a view of your Rhino model as a JPG or PNG and upload it to Image to Render, or export the model as an OBJ or STL file and use 3D Model to Render. No plugin is needed. Rendair keeps the shape of your model and adds realistic materials, lighting and surroundings based on your prompt.
- Can I use the images I generated with Rendair AI commercially?Yes, on paid plans. Renders you create on Starter, Pro and Studio Pro can be used commercially, for example in client projects, presentations, marketing and listings. The Free plan is meant for trying Rendair and personal use. Rendair does not add a watermark to your renders on any plan. The full details are in our terms.
- Creating Day and Night ScenesUse Change Time of Day on an existing render and choose morning, afternoon, evening or night. Rendair changes the light, the sky, the shadows and the glow from windows, while your design stays the same. Run it once for each time to show a project from day to night, and combine it with Change Weather for more mood.
