Can I buy more credits without upgrading?
Yes. While your subscription is active you can buy a one-time top-up: 500 credits for $19, 2,000 for $69 or 10,000 for $299. You can also choose a custom amount from 100 to 50,000 credits. Top-ups are charged to the card saved on your account. Top-ups are not available if a payment has failed or your plan is paused or set to cancel.

Top-up credits are added to your balance and stay there until you use them. They do not expire at the end of the month.
How to buy a top-up
- Open your billing or credits page.
- Choose one of the packs, or pick a custom amount.
- Confirm the payment. It is charged to the card saved on your account.
When you cannot buy a top-up
Top-ups are not available on the Free plan, or when a payment has failed, your plan is paused, or your subscription is set to cancel. Fix the payment or renew first, then buy the top-up.
