How you get credits
- Free plan: 20 credits once, when you sign up.
- Paid plans: credits are added every month. Starter 500, Pro 1,500, Studio Pro 7,500.
- Top-ups: you can buy extra credits at any time while your subscription is active.
- Extra seats: each extra team seat adds 500 credits a month.
What happens to your credits
Unused credits stay in your balance when your plan renews. Each renewal adds your monthly credits on top of what you already have. If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
