Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, where it lives and the choices you have.
Effective October 20, 2026
At Rendair, we take your privacy and the protection of your work seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom it may be shared, how long we keep it, and your rights and choices when using our website, application, and related services.
1. Who We Are
Rendair is operated by Rendair Corporation, a Delaware corporation with a registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States.
In this policy, "Rendair," "we," "us," and "our" mean Rendair Corporation. For personal information related to accounts, billing, marketing, and our business operations, Rendair generally acts as a data controller.
When we process personal data within projects on behalf of business customers who determine the purposes of processing, Rendair may act as a processor or service provider. In those cases, the applicable customer agreement and any required Data Processing Agreement govern that processing.
For privacy requests, contact privacy@rendair.ai.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. Your name, email address, company, authentication information, plan, subscription details, and account preferences.
Customer Content. Images, drawings, sketches, floor plans, 3D models, text prompts, reference materials, project files, boards, comments, collaboration activity, and AI-generated images, videos, or other Outputs you create or store through Rendair.
Billing information. Subscription details, transactions, invoices, payment status, and related records. Our payment processors handle payment-card details; Rendair does not directly store full payment-card numbers.
Usage and device information. IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and browser details, activity logs, feature usage, performance, diagnostic data, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Communications. Messages sent to support, form submissions, surveys, demonstration inquiries, and related correspondence.
Information from other sources. Information from authentication, payment, referral, advertising, or analytics providers, and from members of your organization, where relevant and legally permitted.
3. Why We Use Personal Information
We use information to create and operate accounts; process payments; generate, edit, store, and display Customer Content; support customers; secure the Service; diagnose failures; improve our products; send administrative communications; market the Service; measure advertising; and meet legal obligations.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, our lawful bases depend on the activity: performance of a contract for account and service delivery; legal obligation for required records and compliance; legitimate interests for appropriate security, support, and service improvement; and consent where required for cookies, marketing, or other processing. For business Customer Content that we process only on a customer's instructions, that customer ordinarily determines the lawful basis.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider affected individuals' rights. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We may use aggregate or properly de-identified information to understand trends and improve our business, subject to applicable privacy law.
4. Your Content and AI Model Providers
Rendair processes Customer Content to provide the creation, visualization, editing, enhancement, and collaboration functions you request. Relevant inputs and Outputs may be sent to third-party AI model providers and infrastructure providers necessary to perform those functions.
Rendair does not itself train its own general-purpose generative AI models on private Customer Content. However, different third-party providers have different retention, review, security, model-improvement, and training practices.
Depending on the provider's applicable terms and policies, submitted content may be retained temporarily, reviewed for safety or abuse prevention, or used for service improvement or model development where permitted by law. Rendair does not guarantee that all third-party AI providers prohibit training or model improvement using submitted content.
We use third-party services subject to applicable arrangements and take commercially reasonable steps to assess providers and protect data. Do not submit material subject to heightened confidentiality, legal, or regulatory requirements unless its use with the relevant AI feature is appropriate for your circumstances.
Sending private content to a provider for processing does not, by itself, make that content publicly visible to other Rendair users. Public display is governed by the settings and disclosures described below.
5. Private and Public Content
Paid plans. Customer Content is private by default, subject to the sharing and workspace settings you select. Rendair does not publish private projects in public galleries or use them in marketing without your permission. Collaborators you authorize may access content according to the permissions you provide.
Free plans. Outputs generated on free plans may be eligible for public display in the Rendair Explore gallery, as disclosed within the product. Content made public may be viewed by others and featured in Rendair promotional materials, consistent with the Terms of Service.
Changes to visibility. You may adjust available visibility settings. If content is made private, Rendair will stop new public display through channels it controls within a reasonable operational period. Copies previously downloaded, shared, or independently retained by others may remain outside our control.
Collaboration. If you share a board, project, or Output, recipients may have access to or copy that content according to your settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have the permissions needed to upload and share content.
6. Who We Share Information With
To operate Rendair and support legitimate business purposes, information may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, depending on the features used:
AI model providers: To process content and generate or modify Outputs.
Hosting and infrastructure providers: For cloud hosting, storage, databases, processing, security, and delivery.
Payment processors: For purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and refunds.
Communications providers: For service notifications, support, and marketing messages.
Analytics, monitoring, and support providers: For performance, troubleshooting, customer service, and product analysis.
Customer relationship and operational providers: For customer management, booking, referral, and affiliate programs.
Advertising partners, including Google and Meta: For campaign measurement, conversion tracking, audience matching, retargeting, and relevant advertising where legally permitted.
Our providers process information under their respective agreements, policies, and legal obligations. Where required by applicable law, we establish appropriate data-processing arrangements.
We may also disclose information in response to lawful requests; to prevent fraud, misuse, or harm; to establish or defend legal claims; or during a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
Advertising disclosures. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, disclosures of device identifiers, browsing or conversion activity, and other information to advertising partners may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" or processing for targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws, even if money is not exchanged. Where applicable, you may opt out of those activities.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and related technologies to authenticate users, retain preferences, analyze traffic and product performance, and measure or deliver advertising.
We use a cookie banner on our website to request and record your choices. Technologies generally fall into four categories: essential (security and core functionality), preferences (remembered settings), analytics (usage and performance), and advertising (campaign measurement, conversion events, and audience targeting).
Where applicable law requires consent, we request it before activating non-essential technologies. You can review or change the consent choices made available through the cookie banner on our website. Browser settings may also limit cookies, although disabling essential technologies can affect the Service.
We provide legally required opt-out methods for targeted advertising and relevant disclosures, including through available privacy choices and requests to privacy@rendair.ai. Where legally required, applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, must be honored.
For further information about cookies and their purposes, consult the Cookie Policy.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information for periods reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, handle disputes, and protect our rights. Retention periods depend on the information category and circumstances.
Account information: Generally retained while an account is active and, when necessary, for a reasonable period afterward for administrative, security, or legal purposes.
Customer Content: Generally retained while an account is active so users can access projects. After account deletion, content is removed through applicable deletion procedures, subject to technical processing periods, legal obligations, and permitted exceptions.
Billing records: Retained as needed to satisfy tax, accounting, and financial obligations.
Technical and security logs: Retained as appropriate for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and system security.
Support communications: Retained as needed to handle requests and maintain business or dispute records.
Backups: Deleted content may persist temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted in their normal cycle.
Cancellation of a paid subscription is different from account deletion. Cancellation ordinarily prevents further renewals but does not automatically delete your account or projects.
You may request account and personal-data deletion at privacy@rendair.ai. Valid requests are processed within the periods required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions. Data previously sent to third-party providers may also be subject to their own applicable retention and deletion procedures.
9. How We Protect Information
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Depending on the information and context, these can include encryption in transit and at rest, authentication controls, role-based access restrictions, monitoring, and service-provider security safeguards.
Access to private Customer Content within Rendair is restricted to personnel with a legitimate operational need, such as support, troubleshooting, or security investigations.
No online system can guarantee complete security. We recommend appropriate account security and independent backup copies of important projects. Rendair is not intended to be a customer's only long-term archival or backup solution.
10. International Transfers
Rendair operates from the United States and works with providers that may process information in the United States or other countries.
When international data-transfer rules apply, including those under European or UK law, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards where required. Depending on the transfer, these may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other approved mechanisms.
Contact privacy@rendair.ai for more information about safeguards applicable to your data.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising, profiling, sale, or sharing activities; and appeal a decision on a privacy request where the law provides that right.
You can manage some information through your account settings. To exercise other rights, contact privacy@rendair.ai. We may verify your identity before responding to prevent unauthorized disclosure. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, subject to lawful exceptions.
Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may lodge complaints with an appropriate supervisory authority.
12. Additional US State Privacy Information
Depending on your interactions with Rendair, categories of personal information we collect can include identifiers; account and commercial information; internet or electronic-network activity; approximate geolocation; professional information; and images, prompts, or other Customer Content.
We obtain this information directly from you, automatically from use of the Service, from your organization, and from providers such as authentication, payment, advertising, and analytics services. We disclose relevant categories to the recipients described in Section 6 for the purposes described in this policy.
Some disclosures to advertising partners may qualify as cross-context behavioral advertising, a "sale," or "sharing" under applicable laws. Where you have a legal right to opt out, you may use available privacy/cookie controls or contact privacy@rendair.ai. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger additional rights or notice requirements without providing them where required by law. Residents of particular states may have additional rights and appeal procedures under their applicable laws.
13. Marketing Communications
We may send product updates, educational materials, account communications, and promotional messages where allowed by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send important transactional or security messages after you unsubscribe from marketing.
14. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact privacy@rendair.ai so we can review and take appropriate action.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Service may link to websites, integrations, or other services independently operated by third parties. Their privacy policies and practices apply to their own services, and Rendair is not responsible for their independent processing except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our product, providers, business, or legal obligations. For material changes, we will provide notice through appropriate channels, such as email, our website, or the application, where required by law. Where legally required, we will seek consent before new processing that requires it.
The date at the beginning identifies the current version.
