To fix this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Rendair AI account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings (found in the user menu).

  3. Check your subscription status and update your payment method if necessary.

  4. Wait for the retry; once the new details are saved, the system will attempt the charge again.

If the issue persists after updating your details, contact support. As mentioned in the platform guidelines, support issues are handled by clarifying goals or scheduling a call if needed.
