Do subscriptions auto renew?

Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, and your saved card is charged. Your monthly credits are added when the plan renews. You can cancel at any time and keep your access until the end of the period you paid for, or pause your plan for up to 3 months.

Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, either monthly or yearly. Your saved card is charged and your monthly credits are added to your balance.

If you do not want to renew

  • Cancel: you keep your paid access until the end of the period you paid for, and the plan does not renew.
  • Pause: you can pause your plan for up to 3 months. You are not charged for the next cycle while it is paused.

If a renewal payment fails

You will see a banner asking you to update your payment method. Your payment is retried automatically, and your plan and credits are restored once it succeeds.
