The role

You support studios across Europe: onboarding, questions, sessions for teams, and the feedback loop to product. English is the working language, and every additional European language, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or another, is welcome.

What you will do

• Answer support within a working day, in writing and on calls
• Onboard new studios and run sessions for larger teams
• Keep help center answers current in the languages you speak
• Spot patterns in what users ask and bring them to product and content
• Support the sales and events teams with customers in your languages

What we look for

• Strong English and at least one other European language
• Experience in customer success or support for a software product
• Patience, clarity and the ability to explain a visual tool in words
• Interest in architecture and design, a background in it is a plus
