The role
Italy is one of our fastest growing markets. You are the person Italian studios write to, the one who onboards them, answers their questions, runs sessions for teams, and tells product what they need. You work in Italian and English with the customer success team.
What you will do
- Answer support in Italian and English, within a working day, in writing and on calls
- Onboard new studios and teams, and run sessions for larger accounts
- Write and keep the Italian help center answers current
- Spot patterns in what users ask and bring them to product and content
- Support the sales and events teams with Italian speaking customers
What we look for
- Native or fluent Italian, strong English
- Experience in customer success or support for a software product
- Patience, clarity and the ability to explain a visual tool in words
- Interest in architecture and design, a background in it is a plus
