The role
You decide what the models can do for architects and make it reliable. You evaluate new models, fine tune and train adapters for architectural work, design the pipelines and prompts behind each app, and measure quality in a way the product team can act on.
What you will do
- Evaluate new image and video models on architectural tasks and recommend what ships
- Train and fine tune adapters (LoRA and similar) for materials, styles and drawing types
- Design the pipelines and prompt strategies behind the apps, with the product team
- Build the evaluation sets and the metrics that tell us when something got better
- Work with the infrastructure engineers to take it to production
What we look for
- Hands on experience training or fine tuning diffusion models
- Strong PyTorch, and comfort with Diffusers and the HuggingFace stack
- A practical sense of evaluation beyond a loss curve
- Experience taking a model from a notebook to a service
- Clear writing
Bonus: ControlNet style conditioning, image to 3D, video models, architecture or design background.
