Can I organize projects into folders?

Can I organize projects into folders?

Last Updated: Feb 16, 2026

Answer

Short answer:

Yes, you can organize your generated images into folders to keep different design concepts or client projects separate. Additionally, Team Pro users can utilize a Shared Workspace to manage projects collaboratively across multiple team members.

Overview

Because Rendair AI offers unlimited storage for active subscribers, users often generate hundreds of iterations for a single project. Without organization, finding specific high-resolution upscales or early sketches in the main generation feed can become difficult.

The platform allows you to structure this data effectively. Individual designers can group related renders into folders, while architectural firms using the Team Pro plan can centralize their work in a shared environment. This ensures that files are not just stored, but are retrievable and ready for client presentation or further editing.

How it works

Organization in Rendair AI operates on two levels depending on your subscription plan:

  • Personal Folders (All Plans)

In your main dashboard or gallery view, you can create specific folders for your projects.

  • Select the images you want to organize from your generation history.

  • Move them into a new or existing folder.

  • This removes clutter from your main feed and keeps client-specific assets isolated.

Capabilities

Organizing your projects supports several key professional workflows:

  • Client Separation: Keep "Project A" distinct from "Project B" to avoid accidental mix-ups during presentations.

  • Version Control: Group your "Concept Phase" sketches separately from your "Final Delivery" 4K upscales.

  • Collaborative Access: On Team Pro, multiple architects can work on the same project simultaneously without duplicating files.

  • Asset Management: Because storage is unlimited for subscribers, you can archive old projects in folders rather than deleting them to save space.

When to use this

  • Managing Multiple Clients: When you are juggling distinct design languages for different clients and need to switch contexts quickly.

  • Team Collaboration: When a junior designer generates the base renders and a senior architect handles the final editing and upscaling.

  • Project Archiving: When a project is complete but you want to retain the files in case the client requests changes months later.

Limitations or notes

  • Storage Continuity: Your folders and images are safe as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel, you may lose access to your organized library after a grace period, so it is wise to download critical files if you plan to pause your subscription.

  • Deletion is Permanent: While you can delete images to "clean up" a folder, this action is permanent. Since storage is unlimited, it is generally safer to move unwanted iterations to an "Archive" folder rather than deleting them entirely.
