Can I delete my images and data permanently?

Yes. You control your data, and you can delete some of it or all of it.

Delete individual items

• Images and videos: select them in Assets and choose Delete. They move to the trash.
• Boards: open the board's menu and choose Delete board. The board and all its content are permanently removed.
• Folders: delete the folder. The images inside stay in Assets.
• Chats: open the chat menu and choose Delete chat. The chat and all its messages are permanently removed.

Delete your account and all your data

Deleting your account from the account settings is coming soon. Until then, contact support@rendair.ai from the email on your account and we will delete your account and all of your data for you.

Before you ask us to delete your account:

• If you are the owner of a team with an active subscription, cancel the subscription first.
• Download anything you want to keep. Select several images in Assets and download them as one zip.

Deleting is permanent

Deleting an account or a board cannot be undone, so check that you have saved what you need.
