Data Storage and Privacy in Rendair AI
Your work is private to you and your team by default on paid plans, and stored in the United States. Rendair does not train its own AI models on your content, and AI providers process it to create your result. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can delete your images at any time, and support can delete your account and data.

Your designs are your clients' confidential work, and we treat them that way. Here is how your data is handled from upload to delete.
What we store
- Your account details, boards and generation history.
- Your uploaded and generated images, videos and 3D files.
- Your prompts and settings, so you can reuse them.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in the United States. Files are kept in a file storage and delivery network, and account data in our database.
Who can see it
On paid plans, your work is private by default. Only you, your team and people you invite to a board can see it. Nothing is published unless you choose to.
How your content is used
When you generate, an AI provider processes your input to create your result. Rendair does not train its own AI models on your content. See the related question for how providers handle data, including the 3D scenes exception.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch Rendair.
Your control
You can delete images, boards and folders whenever you like. To delete your whole account and all your data, contact support@rendair.ai.
