Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in the United States. Your account data and generations are kept in our database, your files and images are stored with a global file storage and delivery network, and the app is hosted on a cloud platform. AI providers process your content to create your result, and payments are handled by Stripe.

When you generate
Your input and your description are sent to an AI provider, which processes them to create your result. We call these our AI providers, and they are listed among the companies that process data on our behalf.
Your control
You can delete your images whenever you like. To delete your whole account and your data, contact support@rendair.ai. See the related question on deleting your data for the steps.
