Are my projects visible to other users?
On paid plans, your projects are private to you and your team by default. Other people can see a board only if you invite them or turn on its public link, and your renders appear in the community gallery only if you choose to publish them. On the Free plan, Rendair may feature renders on social media or the explore page.

On paid plans, only the people you choose. Here is who can see what.
You and your team
Your renders and boards belong to your account. If you work in a team, the people you invite to your team can see the team's work.
Boards you share
Nobody else can open a board unless you invite them, or you turn on its public link. You choose whether each person can view or edit, and you can remove access or create a new public link at any time.
The community gallery
Your renders are shown in the community gallery only if you choose to publish them, and published renders are reviewed first.
On the Free plan
Renders from Free accounts may be featured by Rendair, for example on social media or the explore page. Paid plans are private by default.
Private by default
You do not need to change a setting to keep your work private on a paid plan.
