Are my projects visible to other users?

Answer
Short answer:
It depends on your subscription plan. If you are on a Pro or Team Pro plan, your generations are private by default and not visible to other users. On Student or AI Creator plans, your images may be displayed in the public community gallery or used for promotional purposes.
Overview
In professional architectural practice, client confidentiality is often as critical as the design itself. Rendair AI structures its privacy and visibility settings based on the tier of service you use, distinguishing between "learning/hobbyist" use and "professional/commercial" use.
For professionals handling sensitive client data, such as unreleased floor plans, private residence concepts, or competition entries, the platform provides a dedicated Private Mode. This ensures that your inputs and outputs remain contained within your account (or your team's workspace). For users on lower-tier plans, the platform operates on a more open, community-driven model where creations contribute to a shared pool of inspiration.
How it works
Rendair AI manages visibility through a combination of subscription-level permissions and workspace settings.
1. Default Privacy Settings
Pro & Team Pro Plans: When you generate an image, the system tags it as "Private." These images do not appear in the public "Community" feed. They are visible only to you and, if applicable, your authorized team members.
Student & AI Creator Plans: Generations created on these plans are treated as public by default. The system may select these images to appear in the public gallery to showcase capabilities to other users.
2. Team Workspaces (Team Pro)
For firms with multiple designers, the Team Pro plan introduces a shared workspace environment.
Internal Visibility: Projects are visible to other members within your specific team to facilitate collaboration.
External Privacy: The entire team workspace remains isolated from the public and other Rendair users.
3. Data Training Policy
Regardless of visibility settings, Rendair AI maintains a strict boundary on model training. The platform does not use your uploads or generated images to train its AI models. Your proprietary designs remain yours and are not fed back into the system to teach the AI how to design.
Capabilities
Understanding your visibility settings allows you to choose the right workflow for your project's sensitivity level.
Private Mode (Pro/Team Pro): Ensures no one outside your login (or team) can see your prompts, input sketches, or final renders.
Shared Team Access: Allows colleagues to view, edit, and iterate on the same project files without needing to manually export and send files.
Commercial Rights: All plans grant commercial use rights, meaning even if an image is public, you still own the right to use it for your business.
When to use this
Client Presentations: Use a Pro/Team plan to ensure unreleased designs for high-profile clients do not accidentally appear in a public gallery.
Competition Entries: Maintain strict secrecy for design competitions where public disclosure prior to submission is prohibited.
Internal Iteration: Use Team workspaces to let junior designers generate options that senior architects can review immediately.
Limitations or notes
Plan Downgrades: If you downgrade from a Pro plan to a lower tier, your new generations will follow the lower tier's public visibility rules. Your past private generations typically remain stored but check your account settings for specific retention policies.
Promotional Use: On lower-tier plans, Rendair AI reserves the right to feature selected images. If you require absolute control over where your image appears, a Pro subscription is necessary.
