Answer
Short answer:
Private Mode ensures that your generated images, inputs, and project details are visible only to you and your authorized team members. It prevents your work from appearing in public galleries or being used for Rendair promotional materials.
Overview
Architectural projects often require strict confidentiality due to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), unreleased competition entries, or sensitive client data. Private Mode is the setting that guarantees your work remains contained within your workspace.
In Rendair, privacy status is determined by your subscription plan. While all users retain commercial rights to their images, the visibility of those images differs by tier. Private Mode provides the assurance that early concepts and final renderings never leave your secure environment.
How it works
Private Mode is applied automatically based on your active subscription. You do not need to toggle settings for individual images.
Pro and Team Pro Plans: All generations are private by default. These images are stored securely in your account and are never displayed publicly unless you choose to share them yourself.
Student and AI Creator Plans: Images generated on these tiers may be visible publicly. Rendair reserves the right to feature selected high-quality outcomes from these plans for promotional purposes or community showcases.
Capabilities
Private Mode supports professional workflows that demand discretion.
Client Confidentiality: Adhere to strict NDAs without worrying about visuals leaking before a project launch.
Competition Security: Keep design entries hidden until the official submission deadline.
Intellectual Property Control: Maintain total control over when and where your design concepts are revealed to the public.
Secure Team Collaboration: For Team Pro users, privacy extends to the shared workspace, allowing colleagues to view and edit files while keeping them hidden from the outside world.
When to use this
Pre-market real estate: When creating staging visuals for properties that are not yet listed.
Design competitions: When working on blind submissions where anonymity is required.
High-profile clients: When working with individuals or brands that require absolute discretion.
Internal iteration: When exploring experimental design directions that do not represent the firm's final output style.
Limitations or notes
Plan Requirement: Private Mode is a core feature of the Pro and Team Pro plans. Lower-tier plans do not include this default privacy.
AI Training: Regardless of your plan or privacy status, Rendair does not use user uploads or generated images to train its AI models. Your data remains yours.
Commercial Use: All active subscribers, regardless of privacy settings, hold full commercial rights to their generated images. Private Mode strictly concerns visibility, not ownership.
