Can I invite a client to view a board?
Yes. Open the board, select Share, and either invite your client by email as a viewer, or turn on the public link so anyone with it can view the board without an account. Email invites arrive with a one-time link that expires after 7 days.

Yes. You can share a board with a client in two ways, and neither lets them change your work unless you choose that.
Invite your client by email
- Open the board and select Share.
- Enter your client's email address.
- Choose View so they can look but not change anything.
- Select Send.
Your client gets an email with a one-time link that expires in 7 days. You can see who has access, change someone's role, cancel a pending invite or remove access at any time from the same dialog.
Share with a public link
Turn on Public link and copy it. Anyone with the link can view the board, and they do not need an account. If the link gets shared further than you wanted, choose Rotate link to create a new one and stop the old one from working.
How many people can be on a board
Each plan includes a number of people per board, counting you.
