Can I retry without losing credits?
If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically and you can try again at no cost. If the generation succeeds but you are not happy with the result, the credits are used, and a new attempt uses credits again. To save credits, try a cheaper draft or a lower resolution first, then run the final version once you like the direction.

It depends on whether the generation failed or finished.
If the generation fails
The credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact support. Run the generation again when you are ready. If credits were used and you did not get a result, contact support.
If the generation finishes but you do not like it
The credits for that run are used, and a new run uses credits again. To spend less while you find the right direction:
- Start with a cheaper model or a lower resolution, for example 1K instead of 4K.
- Adjust your prompt or settings until the result is close to what you want.
- Run the final version once, at the resolution you need.
