Yes. Credits belong to your team account, so everyone on the team draws from the same balance. Every extra seat you add brings 500 more credits a month to that shared balance. Paid plans include team members: Pro has 2 and Studio Pro has 5, and both can add extra seats. The Free and Starter plans are for one person.
