Tell us what you were trying to do, what you saw, and add a screenshot if you can. For more seats, custom credits or invoice billing, use Request a quote on the Enterprise plan instead.

For more seats than our plans offer, custom monthly credits, invoice billing or onboarding for your office, use Request a quote on the Enterprise plan. For help with your account or billing, contact support instead.

- The time it happened.
- A screenshot or a screen recording, if you can.
