Rendair AI prioritizes a streamlined login process to keep your workspace, project history, and subscription details secure. Your account identity is tied directly to your email address. While password management follows standard security protocols, the platform structure limits the ability to migrate data between different email addresses.

How it works

Managing your credentials involves specific workflows depending on whether you are recovering access or attempting to change your contact details.

Changing your password

If you need to update your password, you must use the recovery flow outside of the dashboard:

1. Log out of your current session.

2. Navigate to the login screen.

3. Select Forgot Password.

4. Enter your registered email address.

5. Follow the link sent to your inbox to set a new password.

Managing your email address

Your email address acts as the unique identifier for your workspace, render history, and credit balance.

• Changing email: You cannot edit your email address inside the account settings. To use a different email, you must register a new account or contact support to ask for the change. Contact Support.

• Unlinking: If you use a social login (such as Google), this connection is permanent for that specific account. To disconnect, you would need to delete the account and start over.

Capabilities

While direct email editing is restricted, you maintain control over account access and existence:

• Secure password reset: Request a password update link at any time via the login page.

• Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account from the settings menu, provided you do not have an active subscription.

• Subscription management: You can cancel or pause plans to prevent billing without losing your account access immediately.

Limitations or notes

• Data transfer: Because email changes require a new account, project history and unused credits cannot be transferred between email addresses. But if the change is done by Rendair Support team, you will be able to access all of your past projects and generations.

• Active subscriptions: You cannot delete an account that has an active paid plan. You must cancel the subscription first.

• Credit expiration: If you cancel a subscription to switch accounts, remember that unused credits are lost upon cancellation.
