Why do images not load on my office or school network?
Office and school networks sometimes block the domains Rendair uses to show images, or an ad blocker or a browser extension gets in the way. Try a private window or another network, such as your phone's hotspot. If that works, ask your IT team to allow http://rendair.ai and its related domains, or contact support for the list.

If your images do not appear, or stay blank, on a work or school network, the network is usually blocking part of what Rendair needs to load them.
Quick checks
- Try a private window with your extensions turned off. Ad blockers and privacy extensions can block images.
- Try another network, such as your phone's hotspot. If images load there, your office or school network is the cause.
- Try another browser.
Ask your IT team
Many organizations use a firewall or a content filter that blocks some domains. Ask your IT team to allow rendair.ai and its related domains, so that Rendair and your images can load.
