1. Payment Processing

All payments for subscriptions and add-on services are processed by third-party payment providers. Rendair does not store your full credit card details. You agree that billing and payment processing are governed by the third-party provider’s terms.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscription fees for access to Rendair.ai are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the next billing date, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Subscriptions

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription period has begun, charges are final and will not be refunded, including in situations where:

• You do not use the Service or all of the features within your subscription.

• You cancel your subscription mid-billing period.

• You change to a different subscription tier.

This non-refundable policy applies except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will revert to a free or downgraded plan.

6. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your use of the Service. Rendair may collect and remit taxes where required by law.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must notify Rendair promptly. Disputes will be investigated in good faith, but subscription payments remain non-refundable unless a legal requirement specifies otherwise.
