How accurate are materials like glass, concrete and wood?
Rendair shows glass, concrete, wood and other materials convincingly, with reflections, texture and light, but the result is an AI interpretation, not a measured material. Name the material in your prompt, add a reference image of the exact finish, and use Change Material to adjust one surface. Always check important materials against your real samples.

Rendair is good at the look of materials, and you have several ways to get closer to the exact finish you have in mind.
What it does well
- Glass: reflections, transparency and the sky in the windows.
- Concrete: texture, tone and the marks of formwork.
- Wood: grain, warmth and how light falls across it.
- Metal, stone and brick: surface, color and weathering.
Get closer to your material
- Name it clearly: "board-formed concrete", "oiled oak", "black anodized aluminum frames".
- Add a reference image: upload a photo of the finish and set the Reference strength.
- Use Change Material: adjust one surface without changing the rest of the image.
Good to know
The result is an AI interpretation, so a color or a texture may differ from the real product. For specification decisions, check the render against your real samples.
