I used the old Rendair. Where are my projects?
Your projects moved to the new Rendair. Sign in with the same email you used before and your account, team, renders, folders, subscription and credit balance are set up for you. Chat history does not carry over. Renders are copied in the background, so the newest appear first and older ones follow. The previous version of Rendair closed on 1 October 2026.

Your work is in the new Rendair. When you sign in, we move it over for you, and you do not need to upload anything again.
How to get to your work
Sign in with the same email address you used in the previous version. If you signed in with Google before, use Google again.
What moves with you
- Your account and your team.
- Your renders and videos.
- Your folders.
- Your credit balance.
- Your subscription, so your plan continues without you setting it up again.
What does not move
Chat history from the previous version is not carried over. Your renders from those chats are, and you will find them in Assets.
Your renders appear in stages
Renders are copied in the background. The newest ones show up first and older ones follow, so a large library can take a little while to be complete. You can start working right away. You will find everything in Assets.
If you forgot your password
Select Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will send you a link to choose a new one.
If something is missing or you cannot sign in
Contact us at support@rendair.ai and tell us the email address you used before. We will help you.
Older models
Some renders were made with models that are no longer offered. They stay in your library and you can still view and download them, but you cannot use those models to make new ones.
The previous version
The previous version of Rendair closed on 1 October 2026. The new Rendair is where you work now.
