What to do if video generation errors or fails?

If a video fails, your credits are returned to your balance automatically, and you can try again. Check that your image is a supported format and size, try a shorter video with a simpler movement, and refresh the page. If it keeps failing, contact support and include the time and the image.

Sometimes a video does not finish. Here is what happens and what to try.

Your credits are safe

When a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask for them.

What to try

  1. Refresh the page and check Assets. The video may have finished.
  2. Check your image. Use a supported image format (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB) with a clear subject.
  3. Simplify the request. Try a shorter video and a single, simple movement.
  4. Try again after a moment.

If it keeps failing

Contact support at support@rendair.ai. Tell us roughly when it happened and the image you used, and add a screenshot if you can. We will look into it.
