Your Rendair AI account is tied to your email address as a unique identifier. Because of how subscriptions and project histories are indexed, simply editing the email field is not a standard self-serve option.
If you need to switch to a new email address, for example, moving from a personal email to a professional firm address, the process typically involves setting up a fresh account.

How to switch email addresses
Since you cannot edit the email on an existing profile, the standard workflow involves transitioning to a new account.
Secure your data
Download any important renderings, videos, or assets from your current account. There is no automatic migration of gallery content between accounts.
Manage your subscription
If you have an active paid plan, you must cancel it on the old account to stop billing. Note that unused credits are lost when a subscription is canceled.
Create a new account
Sign up with your desired email address. New accounts receive 20 free Chat credits as a trial.
Delete the old account (Optional)
Once your subscription is inactive and you have saved your files, you can delete the old account directly from the account settings.

Before transitioning to a new email address, be aware of how this affects your data and billing.
Credit balance
Credits do not transfer. Any remaining credits on your old account will be forfeited upon cancellation.
