Why is the Generate button disabled or not working?
The Generate button is usually disabled for a reason you can fix: a required image or description is missing, you do not have enough credits, the model needs a higher plan, you have reached the number of generations your plan can run at once, or a payment has failed. The message near the button tells you which one, and you can refresh the page if it does not respond.

When the Generate button is gray or does nothing, one of the reasons below is almost always the cause.
Something is missing
- No image or file: most tools need an input. Upload one.
- No description: some tools need a prompt. Write a short one.
- The file is not supported: use a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 25 MB, or a supported video or 3D file.
Credits
If you do not have enough credits, Rendair shows a message. Add a top-up, upgrade your plan, or choose a model that costs less. Text to image with Rendair v1 costs no credits.
Your plan
- The model needs a higher plan. The model selector tells you which plan it needs.
- You reached your limit. Each plan can run a set number of generations at once, from 1 on Free to 12 on Studio Pro. Wait for one to finish.
A payment problem
If a renewal payment failed, generations are paused until you update your payment method in your billing settings.
Still not working
Refresh the page and try again. If the button is still disabled, contact support@rendair.ai with a screenshot and the tool you were using.
