In Rendair AI, the interface is designed to prevent accidental credit consumption. The system validates your inputs before allowing a generation to proceed. If the Generate button is greyed out or unclickable, it indicates that the tool does not yet have the necessary information to create a visual. This safeguard ensures that you do not waste resources on empty or invalid requests.

Common reasons and solutions

If you cannot click the Generate button, check the following factors to resolve the issue.

  • Missing text prompt

Most tools require a description of what you want to see. Ensure you have typed a prompt into the text field. The system handles prompts in any language, so you can write in your native tongue.

  • Missing base image

For workflows like Sketch-to-Render or Image-to-Video, a source file is mandatory. If you have not uploaded an image, the system cannot proceed.

  • File size limits

Rendair AI supports image uploads up to 16MB. If your file is larger than this, the upload may fail silently or prevent the button from activating. Compressing the image or resizing it usually fixes this.

  • Unsupported file formats

While the platform supports many formats, uploading an unsupported file type will prevent generation. Ensure your file is one of the standard supported types.

  • Insufficient credits

If you have used your 20 free trial credits or your subscription credits are depleted, the system will not allow further generations. You can check your credit balance in your account settings. The free credits are only available within the Chat tool.

  • Connection issues

Rendair AI is a fully web-based platform and requires an active internet connection. It does not support offline usage. If your connection drops, the interface may become unresponsive.

To ensure the Generate button becomes active, verify that your files meet these specifications.

Supported input formats

  • JPEG, JPG, PNG

  • WEBP

  • TIFF

  • HEIC, AVIF

  • Single-page PDF (converting to JPG is recommended if issues persist)

File constraints

  • Maximum size: 16MB per file.

  • 3D files: While some tools support OBJ or FBX, standard rendering workflows rely on 2D screenshots of your 3D model.

Limitations or notes

  • Browser cache

Rarely, a browser issue may cause the interface to freeze. Refreshing the page or clearing your cache often resolves UI glitches.

  • Subscription status

Credits do not expire while you have an active subscription, but if a payment fails or the plan is canceled, your ability to generate may be paused.
