Change the time of day in architectural renders

Change Time of Day lets you explore natural lighting conditions without recreating the whole image. If you already have a daytime render you like, you can quickly see the same project at golden hour or at night.

Steps

1. Open Change Time of Day and add the render you want to work with. Upload an image directly or choose one from your previous generations.
2. Pick a time of day. There is no prompt box in this app. Instead, choose one of four options: Morning, Afternoon, Evening or Night.
3. Choose the number of generations and click Generate.
4. Generate again if needed. If the first result is not what you are looking for, generate again to get alternatives while keeping the same underlying design.
5. Continue or finish. Once you have a favorite, keep refining it with other Rendair apps or upscale it for your final presentation.

Tips

• Use this app once you have finished refining the design, so only the lighting and atmosphere change.
• Create a few final variations and compare which one presents the project best.
• Generating several times of day from the same base image gives you a consistent presentation set.

What to do next

Combine lighting changes with Change Weather or Change Season for more atmospheres, then use Upscale and Enhance on your chosen version.
