Create and manage teams
Set up a team, invite colleagues with the right role, share credits and track usage on the Activity page.
Melisa RüzgarTutorial VideosTeams let you work with colleagues in one shared workspace, with shared credits, shared projects and a clear view of who is doing what. Every Rendair account starts with its own team, and you can invite people to it or create new teams.
Set up your team
- Use your default team or create a new one. Give a new team a name and you get a dedicated workspace with its own members, settings and shared credits.
- Switch between teams. If you have been invited to other teams, switch workspaces at any time from the Teams Overview page.
- Open Team Settings. Choose a brand color to tell your teams apart, view your current plan, check available credits and find your team information.
- Invite members. Open the Members page, enter a colleague's email address, choose their role and send the invitation.
- Track usage on the Activity page. Every render, edit and generation is logged with who performed it, when it happened and how many credits it used. You can also see upcoming credit renewals.
Team roles
- Owner: the person who created the team. There is one Owner per team, and this role cannot currently be reassigned.
- Admin: can view team activity, manage billing details, purchase credits, upgrade subscriptions and invite new members. Admins cannot remove the Owner or delete the team.
- Member: can use the shared workspace and collaborate on projects, and can see other members and their details. Members cannot access billing, manage subscriptions or view other members' activity.
Tips
- Give each team a distinct brand color so you always know which workspace you are in.
- Check who is online to see which teammates are currently working.
- Owners and Admins can use the Activity page to understand how credits are being spent across the team.
- Work from the shared workspace instead of sending files back and forth.
What to do next
Create a board and invite your teammates so you can review references and renders together in real time.
